Perhaps he is just concerned about messing up his beautiful doo.
Well, it’s true that he understands the importance of having great hair. Milo gets complimented on his enough. Poor Walter can’t really compete. Maybe he thinks if he can keep the wind out of his hair it will start to grow curly like his brother’s.
